1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons. We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items bought with special discount codes.

  • Custom, altered, or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at emancollection027@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective/wrong items: Eman Collection will cover all shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, or wallet to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
