Thank you for shopping at Eman Collection! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your package will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Zones & Rates

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan): We ship all across the country. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and your destination.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 to 4 business days.

Other Cities & Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 7 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Handling
If you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method:

Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and a complete shipping address (with nearby landmarks if possible) so the courier agent can reach you.

You are required to pay the courier rider the exact amount shown on your invoice before opening the parcel.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order shifts to the courier partner, we will send you a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your unique Tracking ID and a link to trace your parcel. You can check the live transit progress of your delivery at any time via the courier's website.
6. Wrong Address & Delivery Failure

Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

Unclaimed Parcels: The courier company will typically attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 or 3 times. If you are unavailable or do not answer the courier’s verification calls, the parcel will be returned to us. If you wish to have it resent, additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a package that is physically damaged, or if your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at emancollection027@gmail.com. We will launch an investigation with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
